Livly announces today its newest addition Devin Wirt as VP of Business Development to the team. Wirt brings over a decade of expansion in multifamily resident engagement, including his experience founding Livly's newly acquired amenities platform, Circuit.

Under Wirt's vision and direction, Circuit (formerly TFLiving) grew to over 100k units in 280+ properties across 24 U.S. states since its origins in 2016. Prior to Circuit, Wirt was the founder and president of Transformation Fitness, a full-service wellness amenity company acquired in 2014.

His leadership and understanding of both proptech and services is a perfect match to Livly's goals for expansion of its cutting-edge property management technology nationwide.
